Jeffrey B. RubinsteinOtolaryngologist Dr. Jeffrey Rubinstein offers specialized
treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions for adult and pediatric
patients through his private practice in Florence, Kentucky. Dr.
Rubinstein also serves the central and northern Kentucky communities of
Kenton, Campbell, Boone, and Grant Counties through his affiliation with
St. Elizabeth Healthcare. A Fellow of the prestigious American College
of Surgeons, Dr. Jeffrey Rubinstein earned certification by the American
Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery in 1984 while
maintaining a private practice.
A graduate of the University of
Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Dr. Jeffrey Rubinstein maintains a
commitment to continuing education through his appearances at medical
symposia in his field. Attending general conferences as well as summits
focused on allergies, ears, and sinuses, he has updated his repertoire
to include new findings in areas as diverse as reconstructive surgery
and dermatologic surgery for cutaneous lesions. Some of Dr. Rubinstein’s
more recent engagements include attendance at The Sinus Forum in
Washington, D.C.; the University of Cincinnati, Department of
Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery Annual Research Forum in Ohio;
and the University of Louisville HIV/Aids Continuing Education Online

Lauded for his research on
tympanic membrane damage in neonatal mice, Dr. Jeffrey Rubinstein earned
the Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology’s elite
Robert E. Shoemaker Research Award while completing his residency. He
has published articles in national periodicals, including the
peer-reviewed journals “Head and Neck Surgery” and “Transactions -
Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology.” Supplementing
his research and professional practice commitments, Dr. Jeffrey
Rubinstein maintains membership in a number of organizations related to
his work, including the Northern Kentucky Medical Society and the
American Medical Association. He has also received election to
fellowship positions in the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, the
American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American
Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons.
